The short version

If you request the AI Ranking Checklist, I collect your first name and email so I can send it to you and occasionally follow up. I don't sell your information, and you can unsubscribe or ask me to delete it at any time.

Who I am

This site is operated by Buddy Rathmell, founder of MAP Winners LLC, Roanoke, Virginia. Questions about this policy or your data: buddy@rathmell.com.

What I collect

• Information you give me: your first name and email address when you request the AI Ranking Checklist through the signup form.
• Technical basics: this site is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard server logs (IP address, browser type) to deliver and protect the site. The site itself does not set tracking cookies.
• Embedded content: the Google reviews section is an embedded widget served by our reputation platform; like any embedded content, it may set its own cookies subject to its provider's policy.

How I use it

• To send you the checklist you requested.
• To send occasional follow-up emails about ranking your business — every email includes an unsubscribe link.
• To respond when you contact me.

Where it lives and who touches it

Signups are stored in our customer relationship system (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector) and the site runs on Cloudflare. These providers process data on my behalf to run the service. I do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from emails anytime using the link in any message.
• Email buddy@rathmell.comto ask what information I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted.

Children

This site is for business owners and is not directed at children under 13. I don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated effective date.
